ESTER OIL
Under normal condition,oil forms a continuous film between two surfaces.This oil film provides hydrodynamic lubrications it prevents direct metal to metal contact therefore reduce friction.

FAQ

How to install?
Either do it yourself or ask your service centre to install a Magnefine filter. There is a size to suit all makes and models of vehicles. 5/16 (8mm) 3/8 (10mm) 1/2 (12.7mm) Simple instructions on insertion into the return cooler line are included on the pack for each vehicle make.

When to change?
Recommended change is every 12 months. It is also advisable to renew your transmission fluid at this time. In fleet applications a test by the Ford motor company demonstrated fluid and filter could be 30,000 miles. (Each transmission runs differently and may require different fluid service intervals.) At change interval you simply evacuate (or drain) the fluid from the system, change the in-line filter and refill. OEM¹s acknowledge it is not necessary to touch the pan up to 100,000 miles, unless for mechanical concerns. This also avoids troublesome pan related problems.

Will it effect my transmission performance?
With clean oil all machines will run better than with dirty. Your transmission is no exception. The Magnefine does not restrict oil lubrication flow. It¹s been tested in hot and cold conditions and approved by OEMs in Europe and USA.


Will it clog?

A Cold Air Intake is traditionally longer and in most cases extended behind the bumper cover so that it can ingest direct air that is both cooler and denser. In addition to more direct air, the longer plenum achieves higher torque gains as well as impressive horsepower figures. SHORT RAM INTAKE SYSTEMS
A traditional underhood intake, also known as a Short Ram Intake, usually follows the same path as the stock intake system. There are some distinct differences between the stock intake and the Fujita Air Short Ram. A few of these differences include replacing the factory intake plenum with an aluminum plenum, eliminating resonators, air box, drop in filter, and replacing it with an open filter element. These key differences allow the vehicle to bring in more air into the intake chamber and create more horsepower and torque. Vacuum and in some cases air mass sensors, are still maintained and incorporated into the Fujita Short Ram Intake. Since a vehicle is constantly moving (except during traffic or at a light) heat soak will be of little issue since the car will constantly be bringing in fresh air. In addition, studies have shown that the material used to build the intake system has shown no loss of horsepower due to an intake being rubber, aluminum, ceramic coated, anodized, etc.

Modern oil filters remove particles by forcing the oil through paper-based media with very small ports. The technology behind this filtering media is a compromise that has remained relatively unchanged since the 1930s. While oil is necessary to remove these damaging particles, it is equally important that it flows back into the engine fast enough to lubricate all the moving parts.

A perfect oil filter media would stop all the particles down to 1-micron (about 1/70th the thickness of a human hair). Unfortunately, a filter with ports that small would also restrict the oil from returning to the engine fast enough, resulting in catastrophic equipment failure.


Filter media developments over the years have certainly increased the life cycle for oil filtration cartridges, but fluid dynamics require the ports in the media to remain 25-micron or larger.

An SAE report by David R. Staley, General Motors Corp., states:

"The smallest particles most popular filters captured with high efficiency are sized 25 to 40-micron, depending on the filter brand...[however] controlling the abrasive contaminants in the range of 2 to 22-micron in the lube oil is necessary for controlling engine wear."
These tests also confirmed that removal of particles down to 2-micron in size virtually stops the abrasion wear cycle.

Why do we need to STABILISE the VOLTAGE in our cars?
The function of Alternator in the car is to produce Electrical Power to run the engine and other Electrical Equipment and at the same time, charge the Battery in the car. The voltage range produce by an Alternator is 13.5V to 15V.

If you take a closer look at our car’s Alternator with a digital meter or a voltage meter, the reading does not show any fixed Voltage.
